In today’s evolving world, digital literacy and confidence are not just assets — they’re essentials. Recognizing this, HerRise has officially launched Skill Forward, a new initiative designed to help women gain practical, job-ready skills and take charge of their professional journeys.
The program focuses on three key areas — digital empowerment, communication confidence, and entrepreneurial growth. Through hands-on workshops, real-world projects, and guided learning sessions, Skill Forward aims to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity.
Early workshops have already created a wave of enthusiasm, attracting women from varied backgrounds — homemakers restarting their careers, young graduates exploring new paths, and professionals seeking to upskill. “I never thought I could design a resume or present my ideas with clarity,” shared one participant. “Now, I not only can — I want to teach others.”
Skill Forward isn’t just about skill-building; it’s about self-belief. Each session ends with small reflection circles where participants discuss how learning a new skill makes them feel more independent, capable, and future-ready.
With plans to collaborate with corporate partners and training institutions, HerRise envisions Skill Forward becoming a nationwide platform for women to learn, grow, and rise together — one skill at a time.
